This is a really entertaining series of books about a group of teenagers who are left to their own wits when their small town is devastated by an unexplained monster and zombie apocalypse. I read them with my son, and he really enjoyed them. The books - also a series on Netflix - will gently kick start your kids into the world of light-hearted zombie and post-apocalyptic fiction... without scaring their pants off!
